For my classification attempt, I'm treating a small patch of ground as the surface of a cell. Each different plant structure emerging from the soil is to be analyzed as a binding surface for cellular interaction in this pseudo-cell. The function and purpose of each structure is determined by its physical appearance, and from this I plan to create an interactive flash piece along the lines of a medical diagram, wherein the user navigates the different cell structures to determine their importance and purpose in the life of the cell.
